1. Nature and Scope of the Services

The services offered consist exclusively of consulting travel, curated routes, design, logistics and accompanying cultural/historical field (Historical Host & On-Site Travel Advisor). The provider does not operate as a travel agency, tour operator, transport company public/private passenger or entity providing services of transfer. In the interior of museums, archaeological sites and monuments are protected by the law of the Hellenic Republic, the tours are developed in quality of free competition, individual, respecting strictly the powers reserved to official guides enrolled.

2. Professional services and Expenses of Third parties

• Professional Fees: Reward exclusively the dedication in the field of consultant, historical research, designing custom itineraries and recommendations logistical previous.
• Direct Recruitment: The acquisition of tickets, ferry tickets, access to cultural venues, car rentals and hotel reservations is made by the client directly with the providers or corresponding platforms.
• Operating expenses in Path: All costs arising from the displacement during the trip (such as fuel, tolls, parking and personal consumption) are for the account and expense of the participants.

3. Demarcation in the Field of Transport and Mobility

• The provider does not provide paid services of a driver or commercial transport of passengers. All coordination of mobility is based on the logistical support and the advice of routes.
• Any vehicle used for the days are strictly governed by the terms, conditions, and insurance coverages underwritten with the rental companies or borrowers for transportation, leaving the service provider disclaims all liability arising from incidents, mechanical, claims vials or contingencies of traffic.

4. Travel insurance, Health and Disclaimer of Liability

• It is a mandatory condition and each participant must have a travel insurance and international medical assistance force covering health incidents, medical emergencies, accidents and for repatriation for the duration of your stay.
• The provider assumes no responsibility or liability, health or wealth by health conditions, pre-existing, lucky accidents, or falls in walking routes, delays, operating beyond its control, weather changes or the loss, theft or damage of personal property.

5. Policy of Reservation, Payment and Cancellations

• Confirmation of Dates: The lock formal dates in calendar is made by the payment of the initial deposit, as stipulated in the service proposal. Due to the exclusive lock in the professional calendar and the previous work of design and planning, this deposit is Non-Refundable.
• Clearance of Fees: The outstanding balance of the professional fees will be paid at the start of the service in accordance with the conditions agreed to in the booking confirmation.
• Reprogramming: In case of the need for change of dates, the client will be able to maintain the credit of your deposit to a new date within the following 12 months, always making a written request with a minimum of 30 days in advance for experiences or short 60 days in advance for routes of long-term (subject to availability). Cancellations communicated outside of these time periods involve the total loss of the deposit.

6. Acceptance of Terms

The confirmation of the booking and the payment of the initial deposit through the means enabled constitutes full acceptance, expressly and without reservation of all the terms described here.
