Start of the route

Pick up at your hotel in Athens and output to the mountains of the Fócide.

The Path To Epic:

Go through scenarios full of history as Eleusis, Audience, Thebes, Aliartos and Lebadea.

Stop in Arachova:

 Pause strategic in the charming mountain village of Arachova for a coffee traditional and wander its backstreets.

The Core Sacred:

Visit the Archaeological museum of Delphi (where is preserved the famous Charioteer) and complete tour of the Archaeological site of Delphi (Temple of Apollo, Theatre, Stage, and Tholos of Athena Pronaia).

Lunch:

 Traditional food in Delphi contemplating the stunning valley of the Pleistos and the gulf of Corinth.

Closing Optional

In the return path/extension you can add the visit to the field of battle Thermopylae (highly recommended in summer) or a brief stop in Lebadea, Chaeronea or Thebes.

 Delphi and Meteora (2 Days / 1 Night)

DAY 1 – The Oracle of the Sacred Rock:

Departure from Athens heading to Delphi to visit the shrine and its museum. Then to the step of Thermopylae to celebrate the feat of Leonidas and arrival in the evening on the valley Meteora. Overnight in Kalambaka.

DAY 2 – The Monasteries of the Air and Back

Morning dedicated to iterate through the giant rocks of Meteora and its monasteries byzantines. Traditional lunch at the foot of the cliffs and the return trip in the afternoon to Athens.
